BIG BOPPA – WHISKEY SAUCE (300g net)
A classic sweet BBQ sauce made with quality ingredients to enhance even the finest quality meats and street food. Featuring a generous proportion of JD Whiskey along with Bundaberg molasses, crushed tomato, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar along with selected spices to create a smooth and premium flavour. Enjoy as a marinade, glaze or topping.
OLD MATE – TOMATO SAUCE (300g net)
A classic tomato sauce rich in flavour and a smooth thick texture. With no chilli, this product is perfect for the whole family to slather on BBQ, street food and even great as a pasta sauce! Cooked low and slow with a blend of crushed tomato, apple cider vinegar, garlic, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and spices.

RED NECK – BBQ PUNK Rub (250g)
A classic flavour with medium spice level, Red Neck is best suited to red meats, pork and game. Blending tomato, paprika, chilli, oregano, brown sugar and a few extras this rub will bring a full flavour to your low and slow and an excellent bark!
RUSTY GOLD – BBQ PUNK Rub (250g)
With smooth and lighter flavours, Rusty Gold adds a sweet and smooth finish to your cooks. Best suited for Pork, Chicken and Fish as the finish is mild. Blending yellow mustard, turmeric, smoked salt, xylitol (natural sweetener) and a hint of paprika. Rusty Gold finishes with a beautiful colour and binds really well to your cooks.
SPG – BBQ PUNK (250g)
A quality 4/2/1 blend of Australian salt, cracked pepper and coarse garlic make this BBQ Punk rub an essential for your pantry. A personal favourite of mine on Beef, Pork and Lamb where you’ll enjoy a crisp flavour profile with a decent punch of peppery goodness. You’ve just got to try this blend if you love a classic BBQ flavour!

Smoked for 72 hours and paired with a mild smoked paprika and coarse pepper, this product is great for everyday use and excellent as a rub alternative or pressed into a reverse sear!
