Featuring a generous %5 of JD Whiskey along with Bundaberg molasses, crushed tomato, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar along with selected spices to create a smooth and premium flavour. This thick and rich sauce is slow cooked and stirred for 8 hours to blend the complex flavours into a product that is perfect for a marinade, binder, glaze or table topping.
Ensure you shake well before each use as we don’t add any binding agents to help keep this product as clean and authentic as possible, for use as a marinade feel free to mix in with a little extra vinegar for extra coverage.
